need to convert a cell based geometry into STL or CGNS

Hi, I have a 2D geometry of a cell based model of an artery where we have the information (cell center coordinates and radius) of each cell. Vessel wall is composed of thousand of cells. Now I want to use that geometry as an input to ANSYS ICEM but the problem is that the geometry which I have is generated through C++ code. The idea which came into my mind is to some how convert that geometry into CGNS (not sure if it is the right format for my case) and then import that into ICEM. One I will be able to mesh that geometry in ICEm, then I need to do CFD using ANSYS CFX. I am not sure how I will convert that into CGNS.

Could anyone please give an idea which format I should use? CGNS is a right format for this case? if anyone has experience in doing then please give me some suggestions

Thanks
