Boundary conditions of stirred tank (urgent) please
Hi Few people,

Currently am doing my project which is modelling of flow patterns inside a stirred tank which contains impeller and membranes inside. my question is when am specifying the boundary conditions for the tank, what shall I define the impeller and the membranes as?!!

this drawings might help to understand what am talking about.

I think your question would be better placed at one of the solver foruns.

But since we're here, you will use walls on both. Only the surfaces of your impeller will have to be inside a rotating domain. If you're using either CFX or FLUENT, check the documentation. It has both information and tutorials that will show you how to do what you need.
