dealing with a complex CFD Geometry

Hi @all,
I want to mesh a complex geometry with Ansys Mechanical for a CFD simulation. The geometry has been prepared with Pro/E and imported to Ansys WB 13 and has about 38 parts. In the DesignModeler I have created the fluid geometry with a boolean operation. I decided to use cutCell Meshing with inflation layers.

cutCell meshing without setting inflation layers works, but when I add inflation layers, the mesh generation fails. Now I want set inflation layers surface by surface to find out the problem.
How can I select the surfaces for named selections in a comfortable way? I think, the best thing would be a automatic generation of the named selections oriented by parts. e. g. I have a part and want to create named selections for all surfaces of this part. Is this possible with Ansys?

thanks!

with best regards
