Dear all,
I am using ANSYS icem and trying to make a mesh of I would say a very simple geometry...however during this process the mesher is imposing very strange elemens (distorted) in one face of my model? Can please someone tell me how can i fix this?
Please see attached one picture of the anomaly.
Best regards.

Are you using blocking? Based on your images I suppose you have wedge geometry?

No. I am not using blocking
Basically in order to have this geometry I have created six planes. In each plane I have draw trapezoidal sections and then I have used the skin feature in order to have a body (in the end of doing this I have 1 part-1body). So, yes you can say itīs a wedge geometry.
