Hi i have designed arc 1

Now i want to make mesh more thick at the edges of the geometry arc 2

How can i do this?

What do you mean by thick mesh? As I am understanding you are talking about fine mesh!! increase the number of nodes there.
Where is arc 1 and arc 2?

Arc 1 and arc 2 are the photos that i have post.

i want to condense my grid in the boundaries!

how can i do that?

did you check the skewness of your cells? I am pretty sure you have skewed cells at arc's extremities.
Anyway you will have to fix it, and for that you need to avoid tangential split to arcs (you may move this split further away from arc)

then increase the no. of nodes on those boundaries. mAx is right about the skewness
