Windows7, showing constraints while drawing

I made a full installation of ANSYS14.0 on a 32bit windows7 Pc. When sketching in DesignModeler, the constraints are not shown (character P for point selection or C for point on axis, H or V). The check boxes for viewing constraints are set. I have the impression that it is related to some general settings of the PC outside ansys.
Is there a way around?

I had the same thing happen on an older Dell computer with 12.1 64 bit. I never did fix it, so I can't help you as to why, sorry.
If anyone does know how that would be great.

Thank you for this reply. It is indeed a Dell PC, but not that old. Also our support is looking at it but couldn't find a fix until now...

Hello, first of all this constrains appears only in sketch mode, try this: in DM click on tools - Options - Sketching - cursor auto constrains, turn off and ok, then follow the same steps but this time turn On cursor auto constrains. I hope this solves your problem.
