Hi,
I'm new to CFD and currently using Gambit to mesh a double element wing. Could anyone offer any advice on how to go about it as the methods I have tried so far have lead to solutions that won't converge to 1e-04? So far I have attempted a C-grid with boundary layers around each aerofoil with a tri-pave mesh. Many Thanks in advance Turns out I had too mny elements in my boundary which skewed the cells beyond a satisfactory limit to around 0.98 skew. Guess I've learnt that rule no.1 of CFD is perserverence Last edited by andyjo22; March 27, 2012 at 09:14. Reason: Solved my problem |

0.98 is to high.
Fix your skewness problem, before solving
