Combining Volumes

Hi
I am modelling a solar air heater duct. Due to computational limits I have not ben able to create a satisfactory mesh for the domain. I have been trying to mesh the volume by splitting the domain into smaller volumes..
My query is how can I reunite these volumes for the solver without affecting the mesh.. or how can i read this split volume as a continuous duct in Fluent

Simply export your mesh. Then you should see all your split volumes in Fluent.
The only issue which may come, is that volumes aren't connected together. In this case you get a wall surface between volumes (instead of interior surfaces which are invible)

Thanks Max

To make the volume continuous again what boundary conditions are to be used on the splitting face??

nothing.
If you split one volume into 2 volumes, you don't need to define anything. A internal BC is automatically created, and won't appear as a BC

on reading the mesh in fluent, would it read the internal faces as the fluid continnum?

yes.
Just try
