Meshing aerofoil blade

1 Attachment(s)
Hi,

I am trying to mesh an aerofoil / airfoil blade mounted in a wind tunnel using ANSYS. I have imported the single-body model from SolidWorks and have produced an automatic tet mesh which has produced results fine. However, I have been unable to create a hex mesh. I have included a boundary layer inflation as required, but again this is made up of tet elements rather than hex. I have also tried the multizone, hex dominant and sweep Methods but they have been unsuccessful. I wondered if anyone has had experience of trying to mesh structures like this. I have included a photo of the model (with one side of the tunnel hidden).

Thanks
