Cell size using UDF... ?

Default Cell size using UDF... ?

How can I find cell size (deltaX) of a cell using UDF.
I have the cell and thread pointer, c and t respectively.
But I cannot find any pre-defined MACRO for the same.
Any other suggestions would also be appreciated.
