Non-Premixed Flamelet approach
 

Dear All ,
I am doing an non -premixed combustion for liquid fuels using the Flamelets approach . Allow me to brief you :
- the used mechanism in Chemkin format to generate Flamelets is the San Diego one . Fuel and oxidier inlet conditions are Ambient (300 K and 101325 Pa )
- 20 Flamelets were generated with the Max. Scalar dissipation rate of 66/s . the PDF and the Flamelets diagrams seems fine but not monotonic , anyway my question is :
How to get the Strain rate out of the Scalar dissipation , i need to check the flame extinction in terms of strain rate
