solver return code 1 and 3840

good to everyone to view my confusion.
i have meet the solver return code error 1 and 3840 when the cfx solver run the fluid-solid-coupling project,and i m sry to have no snap screens of error-occuring.  is there someone meet the same mess and got rid of it? plz suggest me some tips to cope with it, and 2 days was wasted for this mess. Thank you all viewed!
