Hi guys and gals,

I am running a 3D flow over an external wing geometry using Ansys workbench 13.0. I have some decent results however I want to know the best way to validate/verify them.

I have created the mesh over the wing surface such that the max skewness is <0.92 (vast majority<0.5) and upon simulation pretty much the entire wing surface show y+ values between 30-100. Do these metrics constrain the mesh enough so that a sensitivity analysis is no longer required or should I run a simulation with a higher number of elements on the wing surface to check? Time and computing power, as always are a constraint so the less runs possible the better.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
John
