How to select the values for "Under-Relaxation Factors" in Solution Controls
 

Dear all,

As mentioned in the title, how to select the value for under-relaxation factors in solution controls? As i know it can be one of the value that need to change in order to solve some errors happened during calculation (correct me if i'm wrong).
