did you get the solution for this problem. In my case, I use my laptop in my college and at home. In college direct lan cable is there, by which I connect the internet and there isn't any problem with ansys.

however at home, I have bsnl broadband that requires a username and password. In this case ansys shows error. I have tried reinstalling the license file but to no avail.

Actually I need to use internet while working in ansys for some quick reference etc. So I need some permanent solution for it.
Also, only closing the internet does not work. I need to restart the computer system and then start ansys module.

Frankly speaking, I'm not the professional in this area, but I think, that I can help you. This could be because of the number of the devices connected at the same time, to cut it short this is a common issue because of a bad internet provider. You have two options, the first one is to deal with that speed or to disconnect a device in your home in order to have a better speed on your PC. The second option available for you is to change your provider, I think this is a better option for you and it will give you the possibility to have all the devices connected at the same time. I would recommend you to change your provider, you can easily do that using the usave.co.uk service as this one is the best on the market. The only one thing you will have to do is to enter your postal code and to choose from all the available suppliers in your area. Easy enough.
