rope friction
 

hey,

i'm quite new to ansys. i want to simulate rope friction in ansys classic. i'm not too sure whether i'm on the right way or not. i'd like somebody to look at my code (see attachment) to determine faults and to give me tips to handle the problem.

The biggest problem right now is, that after solving the rope just disappeared.
If anybody has experience with rope simulation in ANSYS please let me know how you are going to simulate it.
