Meshing Aerofoil FX 74 C15 140

Hi guys, I'm really new to meshing and I just wanted a bit of help with the discrepencies created within my mesh once I've smoothed an unstructured mesh and whether there are any ways to improve/eliminate these problems.
(I will be using the mesh to run simulations on both fluent and openfoam)

The top image is of the mesh still structured, and the bottom is of the smooth unstructed (the problem areas have been highlighted).

The dropbox file seems to have messed up, but if you download it you should be able to see both images clearly
