side jet modeling for a missile: 1st order or 2nd order scheme

Hi every one
Today side jet is a novel way to guide missile's direction. I'm analyzing this topic by use of Fluent and I want to know that how much difference exist between the results of 1st order approximation modeling and 2nd order modeling. if the amount of differences is low and negligible, I will able to consider 1st order modeling. (1st order modeling will take short time in comparison to 2nd order modeling) can any body help? best Regards' Arjang |
