Sliding mesh or Dynamic mesh?

Hello,

I am trying to simulate a process where a wire passes through a heated tube furnace in Ansys Fluent. Since, the grid is symmetric as shown in images

I was wondering what type of meshing between sliding and dynamic would be more applicable. I am also unsure if the Solid Zone (wire) and Fluid Zone (furnace) geometry should be constructed separately if in case of sliding mesh.

Could anyone please shed a light on me?

Regards
