Contact problem

Hi all,

I am trying to analyse a 2D contact problem of a D section having wall thickness (25e-3m) with a plate. The D section uses Neo hookean model with C10 = 1.4040e6 and Plate has Young's modulus of E = 2.1e11 and Poisson's ratio of 0.3 with density 7850 kg/cubic metre. The D section on the flat side is fixed in Y direction and given a displacement of 0.005m in X direction. The square plate is fixed in XY direction at the bottom and fixed in X direction at the top. I have a few questions here :

1. What should be the value of mu and d for Neo hookean model and how does one calculate it?
2. I get a certain error stated below
''A reference force value times the tolerance is used by the Newton-Raphson method for checking convergence. threshold. This threshold defaults to 1.0-2 or is specified as MINDEF on the CNVTOL command. Check results carefully''

3. If I increase the displacement from 0.005 to 0.01 I get error as 'Unconverged solution''

Can you guys please help me on this.
