hi all
i am doing analysis of static magnets using ansys 14.5 and Maxwell 16 using ansys workbench. i want to be able to make the mesh using the ansys work bench mesher instead of using the adaptive mesh of mesh operations that Maxwell provides. it will help alot if someone can explain to me how to import mesh from ansys mesher to Maxwell thank you all! |

I'd be interested in this too,
because I'm meshing in Maxwell right now, but it only uses 1 core, even though I've got more than one body. I found many articles about parallel meshing in Ansys but not quite anything about parallel meshing in Maxwell. |

in maxwell go to tools bar then options, in option tab you will find all available design geometries, you have to select your desired 1D, 2D, 3D, and click. after click you will see the core selection procedure. good luck
