Good afternoon,
I need some advice referring to thermal condition in a thermal-stress study (ANSYS). Because I not so experienced on thermal simulation, I need some advice from you, which are more experienced. In my study I am little bit in doubt with results because of higher differences between results considerate with/without thermal loads. Problem is little bit simple: inside of pipe is a temp.=700F and outside of pipe is ambient temp.=71.6F. From image attached can be understand very easy thermal conditions applied. So, I waiting any advice or suggestion which can offer me better idea about how to change my input from thermal conditions to obtains an correct results of study. Thank you for support. Keep in touch. Best regards.
