Ansys 16.1 installing problem!

Hi
 I've installed ansys 16.1 successfully but i cant run it because of this error: (...\ANSYS Inc\v161\ansys\bin\winx64\ANSYS.exe) "This program cant start because AnsMPI.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I've reinstalled it but it doesnt work. I've tried to install ansys 15 but got the same error. I've reinstalled my windows, installed it on different PC,.. but still got the error.  but AnsMPI.dll exist in the Ansys folder!! My windows is 8.1 |

download the iso file again and try!
I just installed 16.1 without any error |
