Creating a heat source on ANSYS workbench

Hey Guys,

Sorry but this may be a simple question, but i am learning ANSYS at the moment but before i proceed i was wondering if it is possible to create a heat source (heater).

My task is to design different types of heat sinks and see its effect at different positions next to a heat source and compare. To be more specific imagine 2 heat sources and a heat sink in between them, and simulating the heat transfer/convection.

I am using ANSYS 16.1 workbench. Any help would be much appreciated.
I simply want to know if it is possible and how to create it. (link or short description would suffice).

You could do that pretty conveniently in ANSYS CFX module.. Just look up in the forums or on the web for the tutorials to get you started.. In CFX you ocould add it using: Insert > Source Point..
