Meshing Problem
 

Hi
I am trying to generate a mesh for my propeller and 2 boundary layers, however it keep having an error (did not complete due to poor elements or incorrect input) I tried to play around with the settings and the element sizes but it just wont work. Attached are the settings and geometry of my propeller. Can someone help ? Much appreciated thanks !

how about your mesh qulity？
and 2 layers maybe too less for rotationary flow
