2-Way FSI Coupling Error (Oscillating Plate Tutorial)

Hello,

I'm trying to reproduce the oscillating plate tutorial from System Coupling User's Guide of ANSYS. The tutorial name is 'Oscillating Plate with Two-Way Fluid-Structure Interaction) and I have Ansys v. 17 installed on Linux. I believe I followed the tutorial as closely as possible, but when trying to start the simulation I see the following errors:

Update failed for the Solution component in System Coupling. The coupled update for system Structural threw an exception. Error updating cell Solution in system Structural.
(DP 0) Failed in handling Fluent message
(DP 0) Could not connect to System Coupling Service on 52553@mylaptop.
(DP 0) System coupling run completed with errors. System Coupling Service reported: System coupling run aborted by user or due to fatal error. Please do not save the project if you would like to recover to the last saved state.
(DP 0) A solver failure occurred during the run in the Structural system
(DP 0) An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the ANSYS Mechanical User Guide.

I set the license preferences from "Share a single license between applications when possible" to "Use a separate license for each application" in Tools>License Preferences.

Have you encountered this error? Do you have any idea how to fix it? Thank you very much for your help.
