Very High Heat Flux

Hello, I am fairly new to doing CFD. I am working on a heat exchanger system with a high heat flux (~10 MW/m^2, and pressures in the range of 5 to 20 MPa. Are there any fluid models/solving techniques that generally good to use in these conditions?

Right now I am planning on using k-epsilon for turbulence, a Peng-Robinson gas (the temperatures are under 1000°C), and using second-order for all of the solution methods.
