ANSYS 17.1 Workbench not starting

Hi all. I recently purchased a Dell laptop Inspiron 5559 and upgraded to Win 10 Enterprise version. When I installed and opened ANSYS Workbench, the application is not opening, it gets struck (displayed in the attached image).

I have tried with available trouble shooting methods, but those did not solve the issue. Can you please suggest me a solution.

I dont konw why people use win10. It`s a nightmare. why not run anasys with win7.

very small difference, small tweeks between 17.0 to 17.1 to 17.2 now!
check the full list of difference on ansys website!

For me in the version 17.1 is appearing the message:

THE FLUENT APPLICATION FAILED TO START.

I used CFX directly will be better than use CFX through.
