ANSYS 17.1 Workbench not starting

Hi all. I recently purchased a Dell laptop Inspiron 5559 and upgraded to Win 10 Enterprise version. When I installed and opened ANSYS Workbench, the application is not opening, it gets struck (displayed in the attached image).
I have tried with available trouble shooting methods, but those did not solve the issue. Can you please suggest me a solution. Attachment 49444 |

I dont konw why people use win10. It`s a nightmare. why not run anasys with win7.

For me in the version 17.1 is appearing the message:
THE FLUENT APPLICATION FAILED TO START. |
