Hi. I am trying to do a steady state thermal simulation with a 2 panel configuration (both are GIS). Tank of one GIS is filled with air and the other is filled with SF6. I understand that their is an option to select the default fluid (i set it as Air) which is there in the complete domain.
Now for defining SF6, i am confused as in how to proceed?
Should i make a block of the size of the GIS tank and provide it Fluid properties? I am not sure whether to use Boolean operation in this fluid block with the parts present inside the tank (remove the portions of Fluid block interfering with parts inside the tank) or not?
I tried both the options but i am still getting error saying problems in mesh. I think the mesh is just fine.
Could you please help me out here?

Thank you.

To modify cabinet shape you may use blocks of type "Hollow" (there will be no mesh inside) and "Fluid" (for ex. to make fluid passages through solids or hollow blocks). You don't have to use boolean operation as there's no such in Icepak. But you should set correct meshing priorities for intersected objects. Objects with higher priority will determine properties (and mesh) in correspondent region.
