ANSYS Input/output error on unit = 11. Please check to see if the disk is full.

Hi all,

I'm running a FSI in ANSYS to import pressure of fluid to solid structure to see the deformation of structure. The solid structural has about 0.5 M elements. The file is in disk D (30GB free space) and my ANSYS is installed in disk C (40GB free space). The solid only has one hyperelastic material. I imported uniaxial test data and curve fit the mooney-rivlin 3 parameter. When I run the simulation, I got following errors and warinngs:

1.Material number 2 ) should normally have at least one MP or one TB type command associated with it. Output of energy by material may not be available

2.Input/output error on unit = 11. Please check to see if the disk is full.

3.Pivoting has been activated for the Sparse Matrix solver. The memory required may greatly exceed the predicted amount. In that event, use the BCSOPTION command to change the memory mode and/or memory size used by the Sparse Matrix solver. The memory currently allocated for the Sparse Matrix
solver = 6667 MB.
Memory allocated for solver = 10164.501 MB
Memory required for in-core = 24807.575 MB
Optimal memory required for out-of-core = 7333.694 MB
Minimum memory required for out-of-core = 1434.251 MB

My questions for those warnings or error
1. I have assigned 1 material to the model. how come it has material 1 and 2?

2. My disks are far away from full. Why does the error shows that the disk is full.

3. I have 32 GB memory. But the warning showing the memory currently allocated for the Sparse Matrix solver = 6667 MB. I don't know why. Also I have run CFD simulation (about 8 M elements) is much large than this problem (0.5M elelments). The CFD simulation didn't have this problem.

Thanks.
