Hello,

try to remove punctuation marks from user's name (or create new user without punctuation marks).

Finally fixed this, my user name had an accent, and I couldn't figure out how to change the user name in an easy way, so I just created another user account in my Windows 7, created the environment variables again and it worked. Thanks for the idea roman.gaspar.

Then if you need to use ANSYS without switching account, you press shift+rigth click over the workbench shortcut and select run as other user. The new user need a password to do this in Windows 10.
