System coupling not available for academic?

Is this true?
Commentary in this YT video suggests that it is not available for academic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8NDsAcfThQ However, the table of licences here suggests that it is: https://www.sharcnet.ca/Software/Ans...ysc_t_licenses Are the licences listed here special academic licences, above and beyond the standard licence? |

Solved by upgrading to v18 academic; I assume it is disabled for prior versions.
