Default UDF for print some data from fluent into a text file

hi all
I want to write some output with UDF that can not write them in usual ways.
Is there any UDF that can write all parameter that I want in a text file.
for example one of my parameter is pressure gradient for periodic boundary condition that Fluent display it in periodic B.C. and I can not write it with usual ways (ascii)
please help me
