Vectors in periodic surfaces averaged

Hi All,

I do have a rotating domain(MRF) in steady calculation which represent rotor with blades. I would like to average contours of radial velocities in the passageway between the blades.

I am working in cfd-post and my initial thoughts are to create a mask or a surface in one location (representing passageway between 2 bades), record data, then rotate domain so that the mask now overlays with second passageway and so on. I am however unable to do this and if there is some other trick to do this I would be very grateful. Also please find the attached image.

I really like your idea to rotate the domain. Are you sure you can't get it to work in CFD-post?

What about rotating it in the solver, CFX/Fluent?
