How to solve plugin problem in ansys
 

I have tried to open ansys workbench steady state thermal analysis in my system but it's not opening. But I able to open cfx, icepak & all. Whenever I'm opening steady state thermal analysis - model - edit. It's closing automatically & it showing plugin error. How solve this problem. Please help me the person who know about this problem.
