Just wondering if Inventor 2017 is compatible with Ansys 2014-15 specifically design space and GI for autodesk?

After a server reboot I am getting - Failover feature 'ANSYS DesignSpace' specified in license preferences is not available.

Also: Error getting status: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,10:10061 "WinSock: Connection refused")
