priyadarshi is on a distinguished road
i am solving a transient heat transfer analysis of a electronic unit in ansys icepak. The model have single pcb mounted on heatsink via gap pad and mosfets are mounted over pcb. To model pcb conductivity i have importrd the trace file. After the simulation when i calculate the restiance of pcb under mosfet using formula (temperature difference across pcb/ mosfet power) and compared with 1 d calculation of resistance l/(k * a). The resistance value i got in simulation is very low. can anyone have any explanation on this

Thanks in advance!!!
