Frictional Heat

1 Attachment(s)
Hi Guys,
I'm currently trying to set up a model in WB, where a frictional contact between two parts produces heat and thus the temperature in the parts changes over time. I started with an Transient-Structural-Analysis and connected it via APDL commands with a thermal analysis. I followed the steps in this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbKEMAbJx6U
and this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6IoDlNz5GU
My commands look like this:

Geometry/Body:
et, matid+5, 223, 11

Contact:
keyopt, cid, 1, 1
rmodif, cid, 15, 1
rmodif, cid, 18, 0.5
keyopt, cid, 10, 2
keyopt, cid, 9, 1
r, cid, 1e-3, 0.1
rmodif, cid, 14, 1e4

Analysis:
tref, 23
cmsel, s, bot
d, all, temp, 23
allsel, all

Although I set the reference temperatur to 23°C my solution looks like in the attached picture. Almost all elements have an initial temperature of 0°C. Now I'm not sure what I did wrong with my model because I followed all the instructions from the videos. If anyone got ideas or thoughts on my problem I'd be thankful. :)
