Heated Panel onto Heat Pipes cooled by water pipe

I need to model the following experiment:

* A Heated Panel, which includes several different material layers,
* 9 parallel Heat Pipes at its backside
* with a Water Pipe passing through all of the condensers in series
* water is provided by a closed system, including a water tank.

The experiment ends once the water tank has reached 45Celcious(3-4hours in 30s timesteps)

What strategy shall I use to model this experiment ? Bare in mind that the HEAT PIPES are the focus of the study.

Shall I use:
* ICEPAK for the plate then import the data onto
* FLUENT for the heat pipes + water pipe ?

That wouldn't work because the two systems affect each other. Is ICEPAK even necessary ?
