Hello!
I am trying to simulate the "melting" of PMMA with a hot surface. My temperature range is from room temperature (24°C) to 120°C and so I cross the glass transition: elastic --> visco-elastic behaviour. I am okay if there is a set point where the material behaviour changes, there doesnt have to be a transition area for the material to change properties. Can anyone help me out with ideas? Is it possible to use transient-thermal, or is Fluent or Polyflow necessary? Thanks for your help! |
