Did you " Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes".
search for "error" You should see some indication of what is your problem.
Make sure model is fully constrained.
Make sure material properties are realistic.
There are so many things which can cause this error, you have to investigate by looking at the solver output.
