View Polyhedral Control Volumes used in CFX

As discussed here, CFX essentially takes a mesh and creates it's own control volumes from it. These control volumes can roughly be seen as polyhedral.

Is it possible to view the (polyhedral) control volumes that CFX uses?

I feel like that should be an option, but I can't figure it out.
