Finding the energy efficiency of heated cavity wall

Hi there, I would like to know if I can find the energy efficiency of a radiant heating/cooling wall system that uses air in the special cavity to transfer heat from the heating element installed underside in heating and the upper side in cooling so that wall converted into a thermal storage mass. This system is completely new (Austrian patent), therefore, there is no standard to test or certify its efficiency.
I have these inputs: heating elements power, wall thickness, and material, outer insulation thickness and material, the module that creates the cavity.
I must input more variables such as infiltration, draught, heat from human and lights, heat flux from windows and doors.
I need to know how efficient this system is to heat or cool a room.
How could I do this in Ansys so I can get it certified by labs?
