Revolute joint in Ansys Tranisent structural is not working, the part expands!?

Default Revolute joint in Ansys Tranisent structural is not working, the part expands!?

Hello everyone,
Iím trying to give a rotational velocity by joint load to a revolute joint to rotate a flexible simple plate around a fixed point in Ansys transient structural. The problem is the part starts to expand instead of just rotating around the joint. Any idea why is this happening?
