When I close every cfx-pre, the following error apperas and the setup cell appears as not completed:
"an error occurred while cfx was requesting to close"
I have uninstalled and reistalled ansys, run several projects and still the problem remains. Any ideas?

Check your windows and maybe you need to re-install them formatting your. This would solve the problem probably.

I tried Ansys re-installation and windows format.
Only after the second one it worked!
