Analysis Approach for heat transfer
 

I am looking to model the heat transferred between propellant gases flowing out of a gun barrel and the muzzle device the gases flow through. Using standard Ansys and heat transfer elements do not seem to give me the option to model the actual gas flow. Using something like CFX or Fluent does not seem to give me the option to model multiple materials in the design of the muzzle brake. Any suggestions on what analysis approach would allow me to model the flow of the high temperature gases through the muzzle device while ultimately being able to determine the temperature of the various materials within specific locations within the muzzle device?
