MODAL Validation in FSI study on AGARD 445.6 wing

I am trying to validate modal frequency of Argad 445.6 wing. The test model used in the experiments(Yates Jr 1987) was constructed by laminated mahogany, which has different material properties in each direction. The material properties in each direction for this weakened AGARD 445.6 wing is given below , where E is the Elasticity Modulus, G is Shear modulus and ρ
is density.
E11 3.1511GPa
E22 0.41621GPa
E33 0.41621GPa
ν12 0.31
ν13 0.31
ν23 0.31
G12 0.4392 GPa
G23 0.4392 GPa
G13 0.4392 GPa
ρ 397 kg/.
the above data have been taken from a research papers and cross checked whith several other papers related to Agard wing modal validation. Also the cad model is crosschecked and found NO problems in that .Now i have created custom material for the purpose defining density , and linear orthotropic elasticity (snap is attached)in ansys Engineering data tabe. the problem is modal frequency calculated with modal is about half of the values given in the paper i am following (i am attaching one of the paper for convenience ) . I am trying to solve the said problem from about 5 weeks , but failed to figure out the reason. i am very exhausted due to this. If some body could help me i will be very thankful to him/her.
