Jonsy is on a distinguished road
Hi everyone!
I'm performing a structural analysis of an assembly with 2 components and a gasket between them, and i got some problems modeling the contact.

I would like to model just the 2 components excluding the gasket, but my aim is to take into account the presence of the gasket customizing contact properties. I set a frictional contact with Advanced Lagrange formulation, that models the contact force with parameters like penetration/gap and FKN (normal contact stiffness).

Now, what I wanna do, is to create a table parameter ''FKN_custom'' that expresses FKN in function of the penetration/gap, so that i could characterize FKN function with a non linear trend, depending on the penetration. I've got some experimental data that allows me to know which FKN values I want to obtain, but I'm pretty new on Ansys and I don't know how to do that.

Anyone could help me?
Thank you in advance
