Hello,
I am trying to simulate a sphere moving in a tube and being cooled down by the fluid simultaneously. I am using 2 way fsi because I am interested in the effect of temperature change over time in both the fluid and the sphere.
The problem I am facing is that the sphere moves, using the forces provided by the fluid, but does not transfer any heat. I have activated the expert settings in system coupling and covnrted the elements to element 226 and 227 respectively. There are no errors or warnings popping up and the simulation converges. Any idea as to what I am missing here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
