Ansys Fluent 19.2 crahses on trying to import Chemkin Mechanism

Hi,

I am having issues with Fluent 19.2. I have created a simple mesh in Workbench Meshing and once I try to import a known working CHEMKIN mechanism, Fluent crashes. The mechanism complies correctly as the .out files are created with no error.

The console has the attached message which I am unable to debug. "0: mpt_accept: error: accept failed: No such file or directory"

I have tried the same project with the exact same mechanism in Ansys 18 on a different computer which works.
